Many woman live with pelvic pain, hormonal symptoms , body confusion- and are told everything is "normal".  This course helps you build a relationship with your body when answers are limited. 

Contents of This Course

Inside this course, you will learn how to:

understand common pelvic and womb-related symptoms through
a somatic (body-based) lens

Use simple practices to reduce tension and increase awareness in in your pelvic area

Rebuild trust with your body so you can make clearer, more informed choice

Develop a felt sense of safety, grounding, empowerment and self-trust

Step 2: Practice gentle somatic and breath-based tools

Step 3: Apply this awareness to pain, boundaries, rest, and medical decision-making.

There was a time when I lived with chronic womb pain that doctors couldn’t explain.
Test after test came back “normal,” but my experience wasn’t.

As a nurse, I trusted the system.
As a woman, I felt increasingly disconnected from my own body.

When answers were limited, I began learning how to listen to my body through somatic awareness, breath, and grounded self-inquiry.
That shift didn’t replace medical care — it gave me a relationship with my body I had never been taught.

This course is the framework I wish I had then.
