Making sure you are hydrating with electrolytes the week of

making sure to not have alcohol or any other mind altering substances 3 days before and after

having a clear intention

allowing yourself to have a beginners mind

make sure not to eat right before lodge allow 3 hours of fasting before

we have a pot luck dinner after so please bring something to share
